Mr Meakin is a very rude and unreasonable man. He interrupted me twice when I tried to explain his mistake, when I told him not to interrupt he swore at me (F. off) and put down the phone.

We used Adviceworks to get advice on our mortgage for our very first house purchase. We dealt with Bob Kipping who was fantastic! He explained everything in simple, non-technical language that we could understand, kept us updated at every stage of the process and did some serious pushing/arguing on our behalf when our building society were being difficult. In addition he is just a lovely guy. I would highly recommend Bob & Adviceworks to anyone looking for mortgage advice.
