As first-time property buyers, my partner and I have naturally been feeling a little bit overwhelmed by the prospect of doing everything ourselves. Then a colleague recommended Ian's financial advice services, and thanks to him what had seemed difficult originally became a plain sailing. Ian and his colleagues used the wealth of their experience and a friendly communication style throughout the process, which included getting the right mortgage deal, negotiating a suitable house price, recommending a good conveyancer and finding an affordable life & critical illness cover.
They also offered to help re-mortgage the property in the end of the initial fixed interest period as part of their services.
