Summit FS contacted me to arrange a review of my life insurance policy in August 2021 after the company changed their insurance partner from Aviva to Royal London. James Phee carried out the review. James was knowledgeable, listened well to understood my needs (an all year round hillwalker, and occasional climber with aspirations to explore in the Alps) a good communicator. James provided all the relevant information to help me make decisions abut my policy, outlining how to get the best value from the cover options available especially as my situation had changed since I took the policy out.

The review was done without any pressure. indeed James arranged a call back at a convenient time the following day to give me time to think over the information and advice he had provided.
