We first opened for business in 1991, and have been looking after clients in the UK and Internationally for the last 26 years. A specialist in Mortgages and Commercial lending, Huw Tipton has an extensive knowledge ensuring he can provide the "best deal" and service to suit his client's individual needs.

Services Report

We also offer a fee only option should this be appropriate, this will be 1% of the loan amount. Subject to a minimum fee of 750. We can work on either a fee or commission basis, we can discuss with you the best option for you. Full details on request.
