Strange service that claims to support the vulnerable, our experiences are quite different. Once they have control of a vulnerable clients income they do their utmost to block that client. The client has to pay 75.00 month for this but receives no statements, no letters to inform them of changes and no statements of interest accrued. The whole service comes across as amateurish and aggressive. They rely on antiquated systems of I.T and their lack of training around respect for their vulnerable client base is very apparent.

One even said to me whilst discussing a client "it's our money now" and I do believe that is their attitude, The clients get in the way and are of no value. oh and 900.00 per year each client is billed. so just in client costs they receive 2.7 million and this is minute compared to the clients benefits and bank balances they then control. It not even a charity which i find very strange and in our experience no friend of the vulnerable. A complete overhaul retraining and a move to a respected charity is needed. I would not recommend to anyone to use 'the services' of this company. There are constant changes to the systems they are using and the company's addresses (!), which is unacceptable for a company which deals with other people's money. The CEO is an unreliable and somewhat delusional person, whose word means nothing. Other management staff skills are so poor it's not even worth mentioning them. The way they treat the staff says all about the overall quality (or rather an absolute lack of it) of the management and the services they offer. I want to warn anyone who considers working for/with them to stay away for their own good. 0/5

Absolutely disgusting service from them. They told me that my money would be in my account by 11am by the latest. I checked at 11am still to find that the money isn't in the account. They then said between 4pm and 6pm so I checked after 6 and it wasn't in there. They let me down and left me without any money for food and I explained that I couldn't go out shopping without a carer. I explained that the carer couldn't do my shopping the next day cos it doesn't work like that but she didn't seem bothered.

They have no care for anyone else but themselves. When I did get my money they went mad cos I had to use some of it to get gas and electric. It costs 65 a month unless your in a nursing home then it's 35. They aren't worth this and the attitude from them is terrible

Think very carefully before committing to this organisation. They are currently holding a very large credit balance on behalf of my mother and won't release the money back to her bank account even though I hold lasting power of attorney. If they carry on like this she will run out of money in her current account. Even social services are not able to reason with them.

Government scam. They will put away their money. When they reach 6000 in savings it allows them to reduce their benefits

Found them to be really helpful in handling my sons money and paying his bills allowing him to keep a roof over his head. Charge 60 per month for doing so. Only one thing I would like is monthly statements or at least 6 monthly.

Not really very helpful at all as they are not open and transparent about their charges! They will not reveal how much they charge for their money shopping card for carers all they say is that there is a monthly payment not helpful when they do not tell you how much it is!
