Susan Eve estate agency has always been a 5 out of 5 for my family and when I was buying my own home knowing Susan Eve had the listing made it the much more possible to achive my dream home. they always got back to me quickly and Jade was a super star at showing me my future home 5 times in total before I got the keys. If I was to sell this property in the future I wouldn't hesitate with listing with Susan Eve. Also the welcome home gift box was a such a lovly gift and was a very personal touch

Would happily give 6 stars if it were possible. Susan Eve are without doubt the best estate agents we have ever used. Their enthusiasm and professionalism outshine all the others. Nothing was too much trouble. We were updated frequently and they were always available to deal with queries. The whole team went above and beyond throughout our sale.

Absolutely fabulous experienced Estate Agents, I was tasked with the daunting job of clearing and selling my late Aunts house in Blackpool some 65+ miles away that hadn't been inhabited for a few years, Carly Eve went over and above all my expectations to make sure everything went smoothly and even got over 38% more for the property than expected, arranged for meter readings to be sent to me immediately after completion, prior to this they put me in touch with DK house clearances who were brilliant and cleared the contents exactly as agreed. From start to finish Carly professionally handled everything without the need for me to have to travel there I highly recommend 1,000%

Cannot recommend Susan Eve estate agency highly enough. Caring and Professional service. Excellent communication from Carly and the team. Constantly went above and beyond to chase the chain for me. Sadly it collapsed but immediately back to work and got me a new buyer within a couple of days. All now completed. Best decision we made going with them and you will not regret it.

The time had come to sell my mums home as she was moving back down to Manchester, we were unsure which estate agent to use but did notice Susan Eve was a popular choice in the Cleveleys area, we are so glad we chose them, from the first call, the first meeting through to the final completion has been dealt with honesty, openness and efficiency. They came and valued the house and within 2 days it was on the market and sold the following day.

The staff are very responsive and communicative. They are also cheerful and kind. We were very impressed. We were the purchasers in this instance, so we don't know what their fees are. But they would definitely be our top choice if we ever decide to sell our home.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Honest and realistic with their valuations - they don't do that trick where they overvalue your home so you will pick them (like others we used before did). Their advice was always spot on, and they actually kept us in the loop - calling us to explain things so we didn't worry. They were very adaptable - we took our house off the market briefly because of Covid, and they waved the early exit fee and said we could go back on the market when we felt comfortable. We are now in our new home and are very happy. I will recommend Susan Eve to anyone who asks. Thanks for everything!
