Self-employed income takes more explaining to a lender, and that is most of my week. I work with sole traders, limited company directors and contractors, help you present your accounts properly, and match your case with lenders who understand how you earn. Some lenders will consider one year's accounts.
If your fixed rate is ending, I compare what your current lender will offer you against the wider market across 120+ lenders, and I will tell you honestly if staying put is the better option. I handle the whole switch, including the timing, so you do not drop onto a standard variable rate by accident.

I work with specialist lenders on these, and I will tell you plainly whether bridging is the right tool for the job or whether a cheaper route exists.
