We were caught between securing the property we wanted to buy, with a suddenly nervous buyer for the property we were selling - 10 months into the process of course. So we looked to Dan and talked through options like a bridging loan, which meant we were able to proceed with the purchase, and also have time to - if needed - start again with the ssale.Thanks Dan for talking through the options, and being available so quickly.
