Christian has been amazing from start to finish! His knowledge, understanding and professionalism of everything from Mortgages, to life insurance is second to none. The process was so easy and communication was excellent throughout. Not only have we consolidated our Help to Buy loan, we have decreased the mortgage term considerably and taken out new life and critical illness insurance to cover us not only now but for the future to give us a great financial situation if the worst was to happen. Amazing service Being a first time buyer, I'll freely admit I was intimidated by the whole purchasing process, applying for a mortgage onwards - Christian couldn't have put me more at ease. From the initial appointment to completion he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always contactable with no problem being too small. Ultimately, and most importantly, I felt Christian offered a service which was entirely tailored to my own needs.

There was no hard sell or pressure, he talked me through the pros and cons of every decision and he genuinely had my best interests at heart.
