Our property manager, Jacqueline Vassallo, has been fantastic in using her management skills and experience to bring our building up to par after much neglect and property challenges from the past to present. She's worked very hard to make sure all questions, comments and compliant are taken care and that homeowners are seen, heard and valued. We are in the process of resuming our title as the best well maintained building, inside and out, in the neighborhood. Seems like Jacqueline works 24/7.

I work closely with Sylvia Green, Department Manager-Client Financial Services, and find her work product and responsiveness to be incredibly helpful to our joint efforts. We prepare financial statement reviews and income tax returns for clients of Hudson Management Company and acquiring all of the relevant documentation is critical for us to complete our work in a timely manner. Sylvia not only pre-empts our requests for information, but she responds quickly to follow-up requests. We truly enjoy our working relationship with her and her professionalism.

After 2 years of Hudson Management representing our HOA, and 2 Different Association Managers, I have to admit when Jacqueline Vassallo first came on, i was leery. She was SO Transparent at our HOA Meeting tho, I thought why not ask her to Follow Up on an existing issue, that had been PENDING for way to long. She immediately responded, letting me know she'd look into it.

We all know "what that means", from prior Management interactions. Within 24 hours, the ISSUE was resolved. What I admire most about Jacqueline, is her earnest vow to CONSISTENTLY Handle all that's thrown her way, as quickly as possible! We are of no relation, tho she treats me as a Beloved Mother.

I'm giving an enthusiastic 5 stars to Sylvia Green, who is the accounts manager at Hudson in Pleasant Hill. She has been a pleasure to work with in all ways. Her friendly professionalism is outstanding. I have never sent her an inquiry that she hasn't answered in a thorough and timely manner. We have not met in person but I feel that I can trust her and that we are on the same team.

That may seem like a minimum requirement but believe me, trust has to be earned, and Sylvia has earned mine. I'm a newly elected board president, with virtually no prior experience with HOAs, so I have depended upon the help and support of Hudson Management. Sylvia, in particular, has been an invaluable resource, and I have enjoyed all of our interactions.
