Popped in to ask some basic questions, helping with budgeting and first time buying and they were really friendly and happy to help with no cost and no appointment. Lovely guys, thank you Richard for helping me with my queries.

Richard went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I secured a mortgage offer for our first home. Firstly he had a call with us to discuss our desires, situation and to advise us on our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He spent as much time as needed with us in this first call to ensure he had all of the information he needed and insured we were feeling happy with the process.

After this call Richard made himself readily available at any time in case we had any questions. We commenced viewings shortly after this intial meeting once we had a budget we knew we could work with. In true form, we came across our dream home over the weekend and competition was high. Despite it being a Saturday, Richard replied to our query, raised a Mortgage in Principle for us immediately and sent a cover letter to the Estate Agent to help us secure the property and it worked! Richard then started our Mortgage Application immediately after this.

Due to the type of the property, we came across a few snags with some lenders, however Richard continued working hard to find a lender for us, and he did this within a day. Once Richard had secured a mortgage offer for us for the property, we then had some issues arise due to certain aspects of legalities being unprepared by the seller. Richard took charge of contacting the lender and estate agent to ensure all paperwork was completed as a matter of priority for us.

Throughout the process he gave us regular updates, kept us fully informed and worked hard at ensuring all parties were completing their responsibilities. There were various occasions where Richard worked through weekends and holidays for us to ensure the process continued moving. Out of all parties involved in this process, Richard was pulling out all of the stops to ensure we secured our mortgage and got to move into our dream home.

We could not recommend Richards services highly enough and genuinely believe that his expertise was essential in ensuring we got our property! Not only this but Richard's hard work, determination and personable qualities made the process substantially less stressful then it could've been without him.
