Collectively, our 3 directors have over 110 years of experience in the insurance industry, of which more than 90 years have been at Baxters.

Our Directors share our company values and are committed to managing the success of the business as a whole, whilst maintaining our exceptional reputation with clients. Managing Director and grandson of W B Baxter, Howard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976 and joined Baxters in 1978. He remains responsible for the overall management of the company, as well as board level responsibility for the Financial Services Division of the Company.
