I had my mortgage with Nationwide bank and Ritesh Malkan has helped me with the entire process. my mortgage took bit longer time to approve and had few issues too with clarifications of the job related. and Ritesh helped me a lot through out the process by keep pushing bank and keep me updated with the latest information. and when I was away during this house buying then he was still trying to keep me updated via email and was in touch. Banking as is it should be! My experience with Crystal Financial and in particular Ritesh was absolutely brilliant and very, very professional. Every call was answered or returned within a timely manner, every question answered and every deadline was met. Ritesh was amazing with his communication and managing expectations. He was genuine and always made me feel that my interests and goals where his top priority and I cannot fault his professionalism nor can is speak highly enough about it, I was very impressed, especially as I used work in the industry for 10 years prior in the city.
Most of my financial needs was done via phone and email, due to the pandemic but on the occasion I visited the office, it was a comfortable and welcoming experience. It felt like 'old school' banking, where the customer was at the heart of the business. The entire team made the effort to provide a very personal touch, not a sales pitch for turnstiles of customers like the major banks are doing nowadays. It was a like a 1st class lounge experience. I will be using their services, skills and wealth of knowledge again. I would recommend Ritesh and the whole Crystal Financial Team.

Ash Shah is a through professional and a mortgage broker who knows the field very well. I am impressed with the service provided as Ash explained the details very well. He is so prompt and the experience has been very smooth because of this. Communication is very prompt and email updates from Ash made the entire mortgage process much easier.
