I was recommended Balens by a number of therapists who use them happily. I have to say its early days yet. All of their correspondence is professional I just wish the response was quicker. Waiting 3 to 5 days for a response each time is long. The number doesn't always work. I appreciate people keep saying Ok well it's because of covid but come on, none of us are furloughed now. We are either at home or in the office working. So please companies stop using this excuse, put your phone lines back up and answer your emails quicker. Apart from that sticking with them because they are reputable and recommended by others.
