Ryan is just brilliant! He made us feel very much at ease with the whole process having being first time buyers. He was always at the end of the phone updating me and was speedy quick from when we had our offer accepted. We had issues with our solicitors and Ryan stepped in as a second voice to help, he went above and beyond. Terrible at returning phone calls. Estate agents were on my case about getting in touch with broker for him to chase up lender for an access call. My broker lied to me saying he would chase the lender as he thought they would have done it by now and said he would get back to me by the evening. Never did. So I called the lender myself to ask if. there had been an application made in our name but lo and behold there were no details for us. Had all of our documents for well over a week now. Absolutely wasted our time. Have now instructed a new mortgage broker who has already started the process for us in one day

Kish has just sorted out our life insurance policies for us. Kish has an extensive knowledge of the insurance market and made it very clear which was the best policy for us to choose.
