Moved to Thorntons after a bad experience with one of the big banks. What a breath of fresh air. They took time to understand what we wanted from life and tailored investments to match. But more that that they keep an eye on our investments, regularly review to check they are still good, suggest improvements, and they are aways happy to be called to explain the financial jargon. Their good advce has also helped me greatly increase my state pension entitlement. Good people, highly recommended!
